Andrea is the Founder and CEO of PremaLabs Group, which he established to bring specialist medical products and market access to healthcare professionals across Europe, the Balkans, Asia, and the Middle East. He leads the group’s strategic direction across its UK, Italian, Bosnian, and Hong Kong entities, including PremaLabs Diagnostics Ltd, Sicania Labs, and PremaLabs d.o.o. (Balkans). Andrea is responsible for the group’s commercial strategy, investor relations, and cross-border partnerships, with a particular focus on opening new markets in under-served regions.

Joelle is a co-founder of PremaLabs diagnostics and she also covers the position of CEO of Sicania Labs where she developed deep knowledge of the medical trading arena. She brings her experience and global network into the development of PremaLabs across the international markets. Her past responsibilities and experience span the fields of finance, real estate, government relations and commodity trading.

Mladen leads Premalabs’ operations across the Balkans, bringing decades of experience in the CEE and Adria diagnostics markets. He has held senior roles at Novo Nordisk, Roche Diagnostics, and Bayer Diagnostics, where he built regional commercial networks and managed cross-border distribution of medical and diagnostic products. At Premalabs d.o.o., he is responsible for business development, regulatory navigation, and strategic partnerships across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, and neighbouring markets.
Chief Clinical Officer
Annie was awarded the MBE in 2018 for her services to healthcare export, health transformation and the delivery of services throughout China, Asia, and the UK. Recently, Annie provided COVID testing with Immunofluorescence Chromatography devices and provided essential training throughout the pandemic. A graduate of Oxford University Said Business School, she was recruited by Goldman Sachs, to run their fast-track business programme. Working with government agencies in the UK such as Healthcare UK, Department of International Trade (DIT) she is also a founder member of UK International Healthcare Management Association (UKHIMA). As an international expert, speaker, strategist and thought leader behind many innovative projects for improving patient care via training, technology, digital health, and workforce development Annie’s passion is to transform patient care through service development and training. Annie is the Winner Most Inspiring Female Business Leader (Global) 2021
Strategic Advisor
Ian jointly heads up a health sector consulting business that delivered over $6bn of health care projects since formation. They undertake through-the-line (policy-strategy-mobilisation) clinical and commercial assignments in the UK, US and Middle East for commissioning, provider and insurance clients. They developed and implemented national strategies and created innovative new care pathways encouraging the formation of newcos, vertical integration and collaboration between public and private sector organisations to deliver patient centred services. His teams have designed and implemented: UCCs at the front of leading London A&Es; created PPU partnerships between NHS and private providers.
